Coatings Facility
Our painting and blasting facility has a total of 40,000 sq. ft. located on a 15-acre parcel. We have three paint rooms: 2 rooms are 60’ x 104’ and the third is 60’ x 76’. Each paint room is individually heat controlled. The 2 larger paint rooms are equipped with 10-ton cranes.
Our blast facility is strategically located so as to facilitate a smooth workflow from loading to unloading into the paint rooms. Our blast machine is a BCP 8 wheel shot blaster with a 4’ x 7’ opening. We are able to handle very long materials, including 100’ beams.
